  • Once we receive your order, we aim to process it within 3 business days. Please note that business days do not include weekends and public holidays.
  • If you place an order after 6pm(Australia Sydney Time-Zone), it will be processed on the next business day.

    • Standard Shipping: This is our most economical option. Orders typically arrive within 4-8 business days.
  • Shipping Costs:
    • Shipping costs are calculated based on the number of your item and the shipping destination within the country. You can view the exact shipping cost during the checkout process.
    • We offer free shipping for orders above $87. 

3. International Shipping

  • Available Destinations: We ship to many countries around the world. However, please note that some countries may have shipping restrictions due to customs regulations or other factors. You can check the list of available countries during the checkout process.
  • Shipping Options:
    • International Standard Shipping: Delivery usually takes 7-15 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: International shipping costs are determined by the weight of the package, the destination country, and the shipping method you choose. 
  • We offer free shipping to US for orders above $87(AUD). 

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your order on the website of the shipping carrier.
  • If you have any issues with tracking your order, please contact our customer service team, and we will assist you.

5. Returns, Changes, and Cancellations

  • Returns: Please refer to our separate Return Policy for detailed information on how to return an item. In general, items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact, within 30 days of receipt.
  • Changes and Cancellations: If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if the order has already entered the shipping process, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
